An agent-friendly vacation rental presents clear, structured and current property facts that an AI travel agent can retrieve, compare and explain.
It does not mean surrendering your rates, booking relationship or property data to another intermediary.
Clear facts beat vague listing copy
AI agents need exact answers about guest capacity, sleeping arrangements, amenities, policies, fees, accessibility, suitability and important caveats. A beautiful website can still be difficult for an agent to interpret if those facts are buried or inconsistent.
The property needs a stable identity
A distinct Property Passport gives one rental a stable public page and predictable machine-readable formats. Agencies can create one Passport for each property while keeping the agency website as the direct booking route.
