Property-report CSV

Upload a Guesty property-report CSV, choose the columns to use, then review the properties before creating your Property Passports.

  1. In Guesty, open Properties, choose your report columns and download the report. Guesty emails you the CSV file.
  2. Upload the CSV, match the columns and review your properties.
  3. Select individual properties or rental units, confirm the declarations and create private drafts.

Your original file stays in your browser. Only the property details you select are sent to OpenStays.AI.

Read-only property import

Bring your property names, addresses and available English descriptions into private Property Passport drafts.

  1. In Beds24's API V2 settings, create a long-life token with only read:properties access.
  2. Paste the token to preview your property names, addresses and available English descriptions.
  3. Select your properties, confirm the declarations and create private drafts.

This version creates property-level drafts. Room types, shared inventory and virtual rooms are not automatically converted into individual Property Passports.

In Beds24, create a long-life token with only read:properties access. Your token is used for this import and is not saved.

Property Excel or CSV file

Upload an OwnerRez property export, choose the worksheet and columns to use, then review the properties before creating your Property Passports.

  1. In OwnerRez, go to Tools > Import/Export > Export Properties. Choose your properties and download the Excel file.
  2. Upload the .xlsx file, or a CSV copy, then choose the worksheet and match the columns.
  3. Select individual properties or rental units, confirm the declarations and create private drafts.

Your original file stays in your browser. Only the property details you select are sent to OpenStays.AI.

If your export is an older .xls file, save a copy as .xlsx or CSV first.

This import uses the property facts you choose. Photos, descriptions, bookings, guest details, prices and availability are not imported.
