- We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property, but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.
- Pet Fee is $175 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. Outdoor music and amplified speakers must remain at a respectful neighborhood volume at all times. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.
- Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. We do allow certain event for an additional event fee, please inquire.
- Our pool can be heated with fee. (pool heating is unavailable from December 1 to March 1)Please note:1. Pool temperatures will vary slightly based on weather conditions.2. Heating is available upon request. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
