The 132m² living space is divided into: Upper floor: entrance with anteroom 1 separate toilet bright kitchen-living room with a large dining table living room with a window front and access to the balcony and small terrace (morning sun) Lower floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1x bunk bed and a sofa bed (1,40m) and access to the terrace 1 bathroom with double sink, shower, large bathtub, sauna and infrared cabin 1 bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub 1 separate toilet spacious terrace with a large garden area There is also a shared laundry room and a ski cellar available. As a winter sports resort, Zell am See is one of the most famous places in Salzburgerland with a lively city center. Thanks to the extensive ski area and the connection with Kaprun, with its famous “Kitzsteinhorn” glacier and a connection to Saalbach, you can enjoy a holiday with guaranteed snow. In summer, Zell am See, with its beautiful lake and central location in the Salzburg region, is the best place to spend your vacation.The lake provides a wonderful cooling, there are many restaurants in the center and in a short time you can reach the famous Großglockner, the highest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml or the fantastic city of Salzburg. good to know: The costs for the "final cleaning" include the bed linen and towels for all guests, the final cleaning of the apartment and a starter set of essentials for your holiday ( 2x kitchen towels, sponge, taps for dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet.....) The security deposit of € 300 is due with your total payment and will be released within 3, 4 business days after your departure. We will be happy to provide you with a baby cot on site for € 35/ stay, but please bring your bed linen. Please ask for availability when booking. Features/extras: The apartment can only be reached via wide, flat stairs. The apartment is elevated on the sunny slope of Zell am See - snow chains are recommended.
