- ✓Submitter-declared owner or agency/manager label.
- ✓Website-linked profile where badge/domain checks pass.
- ✓An existing website route limited to the submitted website hostname or one of its subdomains, or a verified public contact route with explicit owner or agency consent.

Why verified contact routes matter
Existing website routes are limited to the submitted website hostname or one of its subdomains. New contact routes appear publicly only after the channel is verified and the owner or agency gives explicit public consent. Supported routes include the property or agency website, email, phone, WhatsApp and iMessage. Payment links, bank details and crypto wallets never belong in a Property Passport.
